The iS-20 from AUBO is a collaborative six-axis robot designed for automated handling, manufacturing and process tasks. With a payload of up to 20 kg, a maximum working radius of 1,647 mm and a repeatability of ±0.05 mm, it offers a combination of high payload, long reach and precise motion control.

Its six axes enable flexible positioning and alignment of workpieces and tools within the workspace. Optimised components and control algorithms ensure fast response times and precise path guidance. The integrated modular design, comprising six standardised assemblies, facilitates the replacement of individual components and supports a maintenance-friendly design.

Various grippers, tools and other end-effectors can be connected via the multifunctional tool end. The compact controller reduces the space required for integration, whilst the handheld control unit, weighing around 1 kg, facilitates set-up and operation. The enclosed housing has an IP54 protection rating and can be upgraded to IP67, making the robot suitable for even the most demanding production environments.

The iS-20 can be used for applications including machine feeding, material handling, palletising, and assembly and manufacturing processes. Further potential applications include, for example, spraying applications and use in sensitive production areas. With a payload of 20 kg and a reach of 1,647 mm, this model is suitable for a wide range of automation tasks involving medium to heavy loads.
