The iS-35 from AUBO is a collaborative six-axis robot designed for automated handling and process tasks involving high payloads. With a payload of up to 35 kg, a working radius of 2,100 mm and a repeatability of ±0.05 mm, it combines a long reach with precise, repeatable movements. This makes the model suitable for production processes in which heavy workpieces need to be moved or processed safely and in a reproducible manner.

Each of the six joints is designed for a range of motion of ±360° and allows flexible orientation of the robot within the workspace. Optimised components and control algorithms ensure smooth motion sequences and precise path guidance. The integrated modular design, comprising six standardised assemblies, facilitates the replacement of individual components and supports a maintenance-friendly design.

A multifunctional tool end allows the attachment of various end-effectors and broadens the range of applications for different tasks. The compact controller and lightweight handheld terminal facilitate flexible integration into existing production environments. The enclosed housing design complies with protection class IP54 and can be upgraded to IP67, making the robot suitable even for environments with increased requirements for protection against dust and moisture.

The iS-35 is designed for applications involving high payloads, such as machine tending, handling heavy components, palletising, and assembly and manufacturing processes. Further areas of application include precision manufacturing and spraying applications. Thanks to its reach, payload and protection options, it can also be used in harsh or sensitive production environments.
