The iS-10 from AUBO is a collaborative six-axis robot designed for automated handling, manufacturing and process tasks. With a payload of up to 12 kg, a maximum working radius of 1,300 mm and a repeatability of ±0.03 mm, it is particularly suitable for applications requiring precise and reproducible movements.

The six axes allow for versatile positioning of the robot within its working range. Optimised components and modern control algorithms ensure fast response times as well as precise movement and path guidance. Thanks to its modular design comprising six standardised assemblies, individual components can be replaced relatively easily as required.

For different applications, the iS-10 can be fitted with various grippers and tools via its multifunctional tool end. The compact controller and the handheld unit, which weighs around 1 kg, facilitate integration and set-up in existing production environments. The robot is rated to IP67 and is therefore protected against dust and water.

Possible areas of application for the iS-10 include machine tending, material handling, assembly, palletising and various manufacturing and process tasks. Thanks to its high repeatability, it is also suitable for applications in precision manufacturing, as well as for spraying processes and sensitive production environments.
