The PoWa 13 from ABB is a six-axis collaborative robot from the CRB 1910 series designed for industrial automation tasks. It offers a reach of 1.34 m at the wrist or 1.49 m at the flange and a payload of up to 14 kg. Its compact design, with a robot weight of 41 kg, allows it to be used even in production areas with limited space.

At rated load, the PoWa 13 achieves a maximum TCP speed of 5.8 m/s; with a payload of 1 kg, speeds of up to 8.3 m/s are possible. The pose repeatability is 0.03 mm. The robot body is rated to IP65, whilst the wrist is rated to IP67.

 The Wizard Easy Programming app is pre-installed on the FlexPendant for set-up and operation. It enables block-based programming without the need for traditional text-based programming. In addition, the robot features programmable control buttons on the arm. Integration with ABB software solutions such as RobotStudio and AppStudio supports programming, configuration and commissioning.

Grippers and vision systems can be connected simultaneously via the integrated tool interface. According to ABB, plug-and-play integration of compatible tools can be achieved within a few minutes, whilst reducing the need for additional connectors and external cable routing. Combined with its compact design, the PoWa 13 is therefore suitable for a variety of automation tasks and production environments.
