The PoWa 10 from ABB is a six-axis collaborative robot from the CRB-1910 series designed for industrial automation applications. The model has a reach of 1.52 m at the wrist and 1.67 m at the flange, and can handle payloads of up to 11 kg in the wrist-down configuration. Weighing 42 kg, the robot combines a comparatively large reach with a compact design.

The maximum TCP speed is 5.8 m/s at rated load and up to 7.8 m/s with a payload of 1 kg. For repetitive motion sequences, ABB specifies a pose repeatability of 0.03 mm. The robot body is rated to IP65, whilst the wrist meets the IP67 protection rating.

The Wizard Easy Programming app, pre-installed on the FlexPendant, is available for set-up and programming. This allows applications to be programmed via a block-based user interface. In addition, there are programmable buttons directly on the robot arm. The PoWa 10 can also be used with ABB applications such as RobotStudio and AppStudio to support programming, configuration and commissioning.

For tool integration, grippers and vision systems can be connected simultaneously. The dedicated interface supports plug-and-play integration of compatible components and can reduce the need for additional connectors and external cable routing. In combination with the compact OmniCore E10 controller, the PoWa 10 is therefore designed for automation tasks requiring space-saving integration and flexible tool connection.
