The iS7 from AUBO is a collaborative six-axis robot designed for precise handling, assembly and manufacturing tasks. With a payload of up to 7 kg, a maximum working radius of 886.5 mm and a repeatability of ±0.02 mm, it is specifically designed for applications requiring compact dimensions and high motion precision.

The robot’s six axes offer a wide range of motion and enable flexible positioning of tools and workpieces. Optimised components and control algorithms support fast and smooth motion sequences as well as precise path guidance. At the same time, the modular design, comprising six standardised assemblies, facilitates the replacement of individual components and the maintenance of the robot.

Various grippers, tools and other end-effectors can be integrated via the multifunctional tool end. The compact controller and the handheld operator terminal, weighing around 1 kg, facilitate space-saving and flexible integration into existing production environments. With an IP67 protection rating, the robot is also designed for applications where increased protection against dust and moisture is required.

Typical applications for the iS7 include material handling, machine loading, assembly and various automated manufacturing and process tasks. Thanks to its repeatability of ±0.02 mm, it is also suitable for precision manufacturing, spraying applications and use in sensitive production environments.
