The YARO-1105 from YardStick Robotics is a collaborative robot designed for automation tasks in demanding industrial environments. With a payload of 5 kg and a reach of 1,100 mm, it is suitable for applications where workpieces, tools or end-effectors need to be guided across a larger working area.

The model is designed for use in harsh and variable environments. These include, amongst other things, dust, water, vibrations and temperatures ranging from −20 to 50 °C. This means that the YARO-1105 can also be used in areas where conventional cobots are only of limited suitability.

Depending on the task, the robot can be adapted to meet different requirements. Functions such as object recognition, force control, vibration control or additional sensor technology can also be integrated.

Potential areas of application include inspection, handling and maintenance tasks in industry, agriculture, energy supply and security applications, as well as work in hard-to-reach or potentially hazardous environments.
