The LARA 15 from NEURA Robotics is a collaborative robot with a payload of 15 kg and a reach of 1600 mm. It was developed for industrial applications that require the movement of larger components or the implementation of processes with an extended workspace. With its six axes, it enables flexible and precise movements even for more demanding handling or assembly tasks. The repeat accuracy is ± 0.05 mm and supports reproducible positioning in various production processes.

Thanks to its integrated safety concept in accordance with PLd Cat.3 / SIL2, the LARA 15 is designed for collaborative use. Torque sensors in all joints enable controlled motion monitoring. In addition, safety-relevant parameters such as position, speed, and torque are continuously monitored. With IP54 protection, the system is protected against dust and splash water and is designed for an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 40 °C.

It is operated via a graphical user interface that allows structured and visual program creation. Functions such as ZeroG mode for manual guidance of the robot, recording of motion sequences, and programmable controls on the flange facilitate the setup of new applications. A teach pendant with a high-resolution display supports commissioning and ongoing operation.

The LARA 15 is also tailored to industrial requirements in terms of integration. Internal cable routing supports a clear system layout, while standardized connection options simplify the integration of tools and grippers. The robot can be integrated into existing control and production environments via common industrial interfaces and is suitable for both new automation solutions and the expansion of existing systems.
