The LARA 10 from NEURA Robotics is a powerful collaborative robot with a payload of 10 kg and a reach of 1000 mm. It was developed for industrial automation tasks that require a combination of load capacity, precision, and flexible usability. Its six axes enable versatile motion sequences even for more complex process requirements. With a repeat accuracy of ± 0.02 mm, the LARA 10 is suitable for applications that require consistent and reproducible positioning, such as in assembly, handling, or machine feeding processes.

The operating concept is designed for practical commissioning. Programs can be visually created and customized via a graphical user interface. Supporting functions such as ZeroG mode for manual guidance, motion path recording, and programmable controls on the flange make it easier to set up new tasks. A teach pendant with a high-resolution display supports control and monitoring during operation.

In collaborative use, an integrated safety concept in accordance with PLd Cat.3 / SIL2 monitors relevant parameters. Torque sensors installed in all joints help to execute movements in a controlled manner. In addition, safety-relevant variables such as speed, position, and torque are monitored. With IP54 protection, the LARA 10 is protected against dust and splash water and is designed for an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 40 °C.

The LARA 10 is also tailored to industrial environments in terms of integration. Internal cable routing supports a structured system layout, while standardized connection options on the flange simplify the connection of grippers and tools. The robot can be integrated into existing control and production systems via common industrial communication interfaces, allowing it to be flexibly integrated into different automation concepts.
