The Cobots LBR iisy are characterised by fast commissioning, adaptability and easy repurposing. The use of the new KUKA iiQKA.OS system software and the iiQKA Robotic Republic ecosystem makes it easy to expand the robot with various system components. KUKA's out-of-the-box experience enables fast commissioning and simple programming of basic applications in just 30 minutes, without the need for extensive specialist knowledge. This means that skilled workers can easily automate even more extensive tasks without great effort.

The KUKA LBR iisy 15 R930 is ideal for a wide range of tasks such as machine tending, packaging, palletising, workpiece handling, testing, measuring and inspection.
Collaborative functions
The LBR iisy cobots are designed to form an ideal team of humans and robots. They can operate efficiently both independently and as partners in HRC tasks (human-robot collaboration). The use of HRC facilitates the integration and programming of the robot and allows the user to adapt the application flexibly, for example by making simple changes in hand guiding mode for workpiece variations. In addition, LBR iisy is powerful and can also use maximum speed for non-HRC tasks in the absence of humans to optimise productivity.
