The LARA 3 from NEURA Robotics is a versatile, compact cobot with a payload of 3 kg and a reach of 590 mm. It was developed for precise automation tasks in industrial and production-related environments and has six axes that enable flexible movement sequences. With a repeatability of ± 0.02 mm, it is suitable for applications that require consistent accuracy. Typical areas of application include assembly, handling, testing, or placement processes with a compact workspace.

With its integrated safety concept in accordance with PLd Cat.3 / SIL2 and torque sensors in all joints, the LARA 3 supports controlled collaboration between humans and robots. The IP66 protection class allows it to be used even in more demanding production environments, and the operating temperature range is between 0 °C and 40 °C. Integration into existing systems is designed to be straightforward. Internal cable routing ensures a tidy system design, while standardized connection options on the flange facilitate the connection of grippers and tools. The robot can be integrated into existing control and production systems via common industrial interfaces.

A graphical user interface is available for commissioning and programming. Functions such as ZeroG mode, path recording, and programmable buttons on the flange support intuitive operation. A teach pendant with a high-resolution display complements the operating concept. Thanks to its compact design, precise motion control, and collaborative design, the LARA 3 can be flexibly integrated into new or existing automation concepts.
