The Universal Robots UR7e combines future-proof change measures with collaborative innovation approaches, a human-centric UX and an ecosystem for every application. This turns ambitions into concrete results – by changing manufacturing processes with the ultra-flexible automation platform.
The lightweight and extremely flexible Universal Robots UR7e enables the automation of repetitive and dangerous tasks with a payload of up to 7.5 kg. This cobot is ideal for optimising collaborative processes with light loads, such as pick-and-place and quality control.
With a working radius of up to 850 mm, the Universal Robots UR7e works within approximately an arm's length. This allows your employees to perform tasks with higher added value. The robot is easy to programme, can be set up quickly and is also collaborative and safe.
Easy programming
The patented technology allows technicians with little experience to quickly set up and operate our cobots with the help of intuitive 3D visualisation. Simply move the robot arm to the desired points or touch the arrow keys on the user-friendly teach panel.
Quick setup
Universal Robots has revolutionised the setup of cobots, reducing setup times from weeks to hours. Our customers report an average setup time of just half a day. An untrained operator typically takes less than an hour to unpack the cobot, set it up and programme its first simple tasks.
Flexible use
Don't let application-specific robots limit you. Robots from Universal Robots are lightweight, space-saving and can be easily used for a variety of applications without having to change your production layout. The cobot can be quickly and easily reconfigured for other processes, giving you the flexibility to automate almost any manual task, even when dealing with small batches and quick changeovers. Our cobots are able to reuse programmes for repetitive tasks.
Collaborative and secure
It is now possible to replace human labour with robots for dirty, dangerous and monotonous tasks, thereby avoiding constant stress and accidents. Eighty per cent of the thousands of UR robots in use worldwide operate directly alongside human personnel without protective devices, following a risk assessment. The safety system of our robots has been approved and certified by TÜV.
