The RNA FE 160-S Spring Disentangler is designed for small to medium sized springs. It is characterized by its high reliability and disentanglement rate. The spring disentangler can be integrated between bunker and vibratory conveyor or between two vibratory conveyors (for stocking and sorting). The housing is made of stainless steel with external on/off switch with additional fuse.

The Rhein-Nadel Automation RNA FE 160-S Spring Disentangler is designed for separating intertwined springs so that the separated springs can be used in the further process or metered to the next device. The spring disentangler is often used together with a vibrating conveyor or hopper for storage, which feeds the springs to the spring disentangler, which then feeds the separated springs to another vibrating conveyor for sorting and processes for further manipulation.
