Storage of process data for optimization
Spin Interface saves and visualizes the torque curve and final torque for each screw insertion.
Unique connectivity
Connect and control SD70 no matter which robotic arm you use. Define your product in the interface and duplicate it throughout your assembly.
High precision
Define and track all parameters that are important in your production: final torque, final motor rotations, time outs, screw lengths, screw types and more.
Easily save and retreive your data
Back up your production data in case you need them in the future by using industrial communication protocols like Modbus TCP, OPC-UA, RESTFul services etc.

The Spin Robotics SD70 is made for Pick&Place screwdriving applications. Screws are fed to the tool from an automatic screw feeder positioned within the reach of the robot. The SD70 is an upgraded version of the SD35, it offers the following:
Increase Torque Range: 1.5-7 Nm
Speed range: 50-375 rpm
Screwsizes: M4-M6
The SD70 is only 100g heavier and 15mm longer than the SD35.
SAFETY SHIELD
The safety shield covers the bit and screw when on the move, thereby protecting humans from rotating and sharp elements. If the tool hits an object, a safety sensor halts the robot. The built-in safety sensor is a performance level-d. making safe implementation easier.
EASY ROUTE PROGRAMMING
The supplied teach pen helps to pinpoint the exact position of the holes. When the free-drive button is pressed the tool can be moved to the next position. Use the configurable button to save waypoints.
AUTOMATIC BIT CHANGE (OPTIONAL)
If multiple different screws are used at the same workstation, an optional bit changer can be acquired and used in combination with additional screw feeders.
SOCKETED SCREWS AND HARD TO REACH POSITIONS
Socketed screws can be inserted with up to 15 mm in depth measured from surface to top of the screw.
