The Aim Robotics AirBox dispenser controller uses high-precision pneumatic pressure and vacuum controllers in combination with multiple sensors to ensure top quality in your dispensing tasks.
The AirBox is a true plug & play solution and can be up and running in as little as 10 minutes, thanks in no small part to the simple and straightforward software for Universal Robots. Indeed, the AirBox also offers native support for e-Series UR robots, as well as precise pressure and vacuum control via URCap.
Using the AirBox is as easy as installing it. Features such as vacuum suck-back for drip-free dispensing or programmable under/over pressure warning ensure easy and repeatable fluid dispensing. The Air Box dispenser control can be used with 50cc 2K and 310ml cartridges, for example.
