Edge Computing
Thanks to the integrated AI chip, data can be collected, processed and analyzed with Deep Learning without a cloud connection. The Robot Brain magic tool can optionally be equipped with NVIDIA Jetson Nano or Xavier.
Unlimited Communication
The Robot Brain has Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45, 4x USB-A 3.1 (host)), HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, Bluetooth, Wireless Lan and six freely configurable machine outputs. Here CAN, RS485, RS323, Digital In/Outputs, etc. can be selected.
Minimum Size, Maximum Robustness
The Robot Brain is extremely small (105 x 105 x 105 mm) and resistant to weather and temperature influences. Thanks to the high-quality integrated converter, the input voltage can fluctuate between 9 and 36 V without any problems.
Small Brain + Big Brain
In addition to the Linux-powered Jetson Nano, the Robot Brain also incorporates a microcontroller that handles real-time communication with the connected machines.

Specially developed by Zauberzeug for mobile robots, the "Zauberzeug Robot Brain" combines an industrial real-time controller with an AI-optimized "industrial PC". In addition, voltage regulation and freely configurable I/Os are integrated into the hardware. Thanks to the built-in microcontroller, machine control is decoupled from the operating system and analogous to the cerebellum. Furthermore, the "Zauberzeug Robot Brain" plays excellently with industrial software such as ROS, Docker and CANopen and can be closely linked to our AI workflow "Zauberzeug Learning Loop".
