The Rainbow Robotics RB3-1200 is a collaborative robot that is characterized by its precision and versatility. With a payload of 3 kg and a working range of a remarkable 1200 mm, it is ideal for applications that require accuracy combined with long reach, such as welding, CNC machine tending and grinding. The RB series offers a variety of options and accessories to suit different requirements. These include built-in pneumatic systems and a teach pendant. The Rainbow Robotics teach pendant enables easy programming of the collaborative robot. In contrast to other manufacturers, a standard Samsung Galaxy tablet can be used with the RB series, which is available as an option. An NSF-certified version for the safe handling of food is also available.
Commissioning the RB3-1200 is quick and straightforward and can usually be completed in less than an hour. From unpacking the robot, assembly and programming the first tasks. With its repeatability of 0.05 mm, the RB3-1200 offers a reliable solution for precise applications in various industries.
