The DOBOT CR10A is a powerful cobot with a payload of 10kg and a reach of 1300mm. It is characterised by Harmonic Drive gears, which enable cycle times to be improved by up to 25%. This technology contributes to increased efficiency in production processes. With algorithms to reduce vibrations, the cobot achieves a movement accuracy of 0.2 to 0.4 mm for complex movements.

Focus on safety

Safety is ensured by the cobot's electromagnetic brakes, which activate within 18 ms in the event of a power failure and stop the cobot almost immediately. Functions such as virtual borders and real-time monitoring of the payload contribute to the safety of the operator and the production environment.

Intuitive operation

The cobot is operated via the DobotStudioPro software, which offers a user-friendly interface. The software supports various programming methods, including graphical programming, script programming and trajectory repetition, and is compatible with various devices such as PCs, teach panels, tablets and smartphones.

Expandability and connectivity

With two industrial Ethernet ports and support for common network protocols such as Modbus Ethernet/IP and Profinet as well as 24 I/O ports, the Cobot offers a wide range of expansion options. This enables easy integration into existing systems and customisation for a wide range of applications.

SafeSkin technology

DOBOT's Safe-Skin technology enables contactless collision detection for collaborative robots by recognising obstacles within a radius of 15 cm. This technology ensures safety without compromising working speed and allows robots to move quickly at up to 1 m/s. SafeSkin provides comprehensive protection and works reliably even when external materials such as fabrics or gloves are involved, making it an effective solution for safe human-machine interactions.
