The KR 6 R900-2 from KUKA is a compact industrial robot from the AGILUS series and offers a payload of 6.8kg with a reach of 901mm. The KR6 is particularly accurate with a repeatability of just 0.02mm.

The KUKA KR 6 R900-2 does its job reliably in a variety of applications and environments. It also offers a long service life and requires little maintenance, e.g. thanks to a lubrication that lasts the lifetime of the robot. This robustness ensures lasting productivity.
Areas of application
The KR 6 R900-2 is ideal for tasks such as handling and assembly in the electronics industry or in small automation cells. Despite its compact size, the KR 6 AGILUS offers optimum performance and works reliably and precisely, even with very short cycle times.
The robot is also characterised by maximum flexibility thanks to its compact design. It can be placed in various installation positions and has various interfaces for the integration of peripheral devices.
Another feature is the ESD protection, which protects the robot from uncontrolled electrostatic charging or discharging as standard. This makes it particularly suitable for the safe handling of sensitive electronic components.
The KR6 can also perform tasks such as painting/gluing, machine tending and palletising.
The KR 6 AGILUS is easy to operate and is controlled via the KR C5 micro controller and the KUKA smartPAD.
