Yaskawa HC10DTP is a 6-axis robot with a payload of 10 kg. Thanks to the integrated moment sensors in each joint, it is suitable for easy and safe cooperation / collaboration between humans and robots, and fence-free operation. You are still at the beginning of robot automation? No problem, because this cobot is especially designed for easy entry into robot automation. In addition to the simple programming philosophy with hand guidance/operator buttons on the robot's wrist, online tutorials and application builders on the web make it easy to take your first steps into robot automation. With the help of the handheld control unit (Smart Pendant), you are intuitively guided through the individual steps, from programming to safety configuration. To do this, set up the cobot, connect the controller to the manipulator and the handheld pendant, and you're ready to go! With a payload of 10 kg and a maximum reach of 1379 mm, it is the perfect supporter for versatile applications. Due to its robust housing with an IP-67 protection class, it is well protected against dust, coolants or welding spatter. This allows it to work in harsh environments, such as welding applications or machine tool loading. The food-grade grease also makes the Yaskawa HC10DTP the perfect solution for you in sensitive environments, such as the food or pharmaceutical industries. A connection flange and configuration wizard software simplify the connection of grippers.
