The FR3-WML from Fairino is a collaborative six-axis robot designed for high-precision welding and flexible manufacturing. With a payload of 3 kg, a reach of 922 mm and a repeatability of ±0.05 mm, it complements the shorter FR3-WMS by providing additional working space. The sixth axis allows for ±360° rotation, enabling access to hard-to-reach welding positions.

Weighing around 11.25 kg, the FR3-WML can be transported by a single person and deployed at different workstations. Typical applications include high-precision welding tasks on complex free-form surfaces, for example in vehicle manufacturing, metalworking and the production of precision instruments.

It can be programmed via an intuitive web interface without any programming knowledge, or via SDKs for Python, C#, C++ and ROS/ROS2. Common industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP and CC-Link are supported. The IP54 protection rating, with an optional IP65 rating, covers a range of production environments.

Scope of supply: cobot, control box, safety box and mains cable (AC). A teach pendant is available as an option. The welding torch, wire feeder and power source are not included in the scope of supply.
