The RNA vibratory feeders are the industry standard and are characterized by their extraordinary reliability. The use of high-performance magnets enables a consistently high and environmentally resistant feeding performance with compact dimensions.

The sorting bowl of the FlexType B (3D) series is fully reproducible and enables cost-effective, innovative feeding of standard parts. Rings with a diameter between 4 and 22 mm and a thickness of 1-4 mm can be fed. The maximum feed rate is 100 pcs/min.

In addition, the standardization of the feed enables shorter throughput and project planning times.

Thanks to the availability as a digital twin, feasibility analyses and even simulation studies can be carried out if required.

The SCU 2000 control unit from RNA is required to operate the FlexType B.
