mk GUF-P MINI Small Conveyor

The GUF-P MINI from mk Technology Group is a belt conveyor with a modular profile design for transporting small parts with low volume and weight. Thanks to the low installation height, the conveyor is optimally suited for integration into complex systems where space is limited. Since the belt return takes place within the belt body, direct placement on the machine bed is possible. The small diameters of the drive and deflection rollers also prevent large gaps when transferring the products.

The system grooves (groove width 7 mm) on both sides of the belt body allow easy fixing to the machine frame and the attachment of side guides, initiators or other accessories. If it is necessary to avoid interfering edges in machine beds, uneven floors or landings, they also allow belt stands to be mounted along the entire belt body.

The optional motor protection switch serves as an interface for start/stop. It is installed in a separate IP54 PVC enclosure and wired ready for connection with plug-in connectors.

Motor protection switch

The motor protection switch is used to supply power to the motor and, with motor fuse protection and a main switch, meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive (MRL) for a complete machine. In addition, a 24V DC interface is available for start/stop control. It is installed in a separate PVC housing IP54 and wired ready for connection with plug-in connectors. The supply voltage is 400V AC / 50 Hz / 16A.
