Jäger Engineering Flexmaster Pro 300 is a flexible and automated feeding solution for handling bulk materials and small parts.
Components made of steel, aluminium or plastic often arrive at the downstream machining process in a grid box without being sorted. Previously, the (sometimes very heavy) components had to be removed by hand and fed to the downstream machine or a conveyor belt, but no longer with the Flexmaster Pro 300.
The system serves as an optimal link between the robot and the camera. Compared to conventional solutions, the Flexmaster Pro offers simple and intelligent software control for fast operation. The bulk material is provided in the correct shape and position for further use. In addition, part feeding can be guaranteed even with changing bulk material.
