The VibroFlip 200 from DIMY Automation is a robust and cost-effective solution for separating and flipping bulk parts into the correct position using powerful vertical vibration movements. Even bulky parts can be accommodated on its large 200x200mm translucent surface and the bright backlighting allows reliable optical localisation of the parts even in unfavourable ambient light.

VibroFlip 200 can be tuned to resonance frequency with just a few mouse clicks and effortlessly flips even difficult-to-turn parts into the desired position despite low energy consumption. Configuration and control are carried out via a simple ModbusTCP interface. Alternatively, control is possible via optionally available digital inputs and outputs.

A vibration hopper from the VibroSupply model line can also be connected directly to the control box of the VibroFlip 200, making it very easy to continuously refill the VibroFlip 200. A continuously dimmable, flicker-free output for operating an additional, external LED light (e.g. for incident light, oblique light or dark field applications) is also available as standard.
