The EXCALIBUR® CLASSIC 1200 from CGP is a paper cutting system that can be integrated into palletising lines or operated as a stand-alone unit. It is available in MONO and DUO versions and enables the cutting of paper sheets in the formats 1200 × 800 mm and 1200 × 1000 mm. Half-sheet versions are also available. The system offers precise cutting with an accuracy of ±1 mm and can produce cuts positioned both in the centre and at the edge of the paper.

The EXCALIBUR® CLASSIC 1200 is suitable for kraft and anti-slip paper with a basis weight of 60 to 300 g/m². With a capacity of up to six sheets per minute, the machine is designed for high throughput requirements. It features continuous monitoring of the roll diameter with an alarm function for the operator to optimise roll changes. The roll system is supported by a special roll trolley, which simplifies and speeds up changes.

The machine features a user-friendly HMI interface with two customisable access levels. The cutting components are made of high-hardness steel, ensuring a long service life. The blades and counter-blades are designed for 500,000 cuts.
