The Tesollo DG-1F is a vacuum-based robotic gripper with a single movable suction finger. The combination of a suction gripper and 3 degrees of freedom allows the gripper to adapt to different object positions, shapes and working environments. This makes it particularly suitable for applications where conventional, rigid vacuum grippers are of limited use, for example in confined workspaces or when handling irregularly shaped objects.  

The gripper is designed for handling objects suitable for vacuum gripping, such as packaging, bags, cartons, small parts or more delicate workpieces. Typical areas of application include logistics, piece picking, the handling of small components and robot-assisted pick-and-place processes. In combination with machine vision, the DG-1F can also be used in applications where the position and orientation of the objects vary.

Weighing 710 g and featuring a compact design, the DG-1F can be used on robot arms or end-effectors where installation space and weight are critical factors. It is controlled via standard industrial interfaces such as Modbus RTU/TCP and Ethernet TCP/IP. The gripper operates at a control cycle of 1,000 Hz and uses an absolute encoder for position control.
