The Tesollo DG-4F is an adaptive four-finger robotic gripper that combines the structure of a humanoid hand with the functionality of an industrial gripper. With its four movable fingers offering a total of 18 degrees of freedom, the gripper can adapt flexibly to different object sizes, shapes and gripping situations. It supports several gripping modes, including pinch grip, power grip and precision grip.

The gripper is designed for the stable handling of various workpieces, including cylindrical, flat and irregularly shaped objects. In pinch grip mode, it achieves a payload of up to 5 kg, and up to 20 kg in enveloping grip. Typical applications include industrial handling tasks, assembly processes, logistics automation, robot-assisted research, AI applications, and the handling of tools and components.

Weighing 1,494 g and featuring a robust design, the DG-4F is designed for repeated use in industrial environments. It is controlled via standard industrial interfaces such as Modbus RTU/TCP and Ethernet TCP/IP. The gripper operates at a control frequency of 333 Hz and uses absolute encoders for position control. Various fingertip sensors can be added as options, including 6-axis force/torque sensors, 3-axis force sensors, tactile sensors and suction-based fingertips.
