The Tesollo DG-3F-M is an industrial three-finger robotic gripper with a modular design. With its three movable fingers offering a total of 12 degrees of freedom, the gripper can adapt flexibly to different object shapes, gripping positions and industrial handling tasks. It supports various gripping modes, including parallel gripping for standard applications.

The gripper is designed for the precise handling of small to medium-sized workpieces. In pinch grip mode, it achieves a payload of up to 5 kg; in enveloping grip mode, up to 15 kg. Typical areas of application include pick-and-place processes, component assembly, logistics automation, bin picking, shelf picking, and research and development applications in the field of robot-assisted manipulation.

Weighing 1,114 g and featuring a modular design, the DG-3F-M is designed for industrial applications where maintainability, gripping stability and precise control are key factors. Individual modules can be serviced or replaced as required without dismantling the entire gripper. Control is via standard industrial interfaces such as Modbus RTU/TCP and Ethernet TCP/IP. The gripper operates at a control frequency of 333 Hz and uses absolute encoders for position control. Various fingertip sensors can be added as options, including 6-axis force/torque sensors, 3-axis force sensors, tactile sensors and suction-based fingertips.
