The Tesollo DG-2F is a multi-jointed two-finger robotic gripper designed for the precise handling of various objects. Thanks to its two movable fingers with a total of 6 degrees of freedom, the gripper can adapt to different object shapes, positions and working environments. It supports both pinch gripping and enveloping gripping, making it suitable for applications requiring flexible and stable gripping movements.

The gripper is designed for handling small to medium-sized workpieces. In pinch-grip mode, it achieves a payload of up to 4 kg; in enveloping grip mode, up to 10 kg. Typical areas of application include the handling of electronic components, assembly and testing processes, machine loading, logistics, packaging and robot-assisted pick-and-place applications. Thanks to its flexible finger movement, the DG-2F can also be used with objects of varying shapes or more delicate items.

Weighing 770 g and featuring a compact design, the DG-2F can be integrated with various industrial and collaborative robots. It is controlled via standard industrial interfaces such as Modbus RTU/TCP and Ethernet TCP/IP. The gripper operates at a control cycle of 500 Hz and uses absolute encoders for position control. Sensors can be optionally fitted to the fingertips, such as force/torque, force or tactile sensors.
