Plug & Play with Collaborative Robots
The DH Robotics PGC-140 is Plug&Play compatible with the most common cobot brands. Plug-ins are available for Universal Robots, OMRON TM, Hanwha, Fanuc, AUBO, DOBOT, Elite, and Han's Robot.
Designed for Industrial Environments
Handling payload up to 3 kg, the gripper is designed to work precisely and accurately over a long service life. The PGC-140 is particularly well suited to CNC Machine Tending applications, for example.
Prepared for Harsh Environments
The PGC-140 is designed to work in harsh and demanding environments. In order to better handle harsh environments, the gripper boasts an ingress protection rating of IP67.
Adjustable Force, Position, and Speed
The PGC-140 offers a great degree of control over gripper position, force, and speed. The maximum force per gripper element is 140N.
Accuracy where you need it
Thanks to advanced drive system (rack and pinion with T-slot guide), the PGC-140 is able to offer positioning repeatability of ± 0.03 mm.

The DH Robotics PGC-140 is an electric two-finger gripper designed for both industrial and collaborative applications. the award-winning PGC-140 gripper (Red Dot Award, IF Award) combines progressive design with proven reliability. The PGC-50 offers a stroke of 50 mm and a recommended payload of 3 kg.
With its self-locking functinality, maximum force limits, and other collaboration-oriented features, the DH Robotics PGC-140 is an ideal companion for your cobot. That said, the PGC-140 is not limited to cobots and it can also be employed with traditional industrial robots. This gripepr is designed to last and, with its IP67 rating, can handle pretty harsh environments. This makes the gripper particularly well-suited for CNC machine work, for example.
Another big benefit of the PGC-140 is just how simple setup is. DH Robotics offers plug-ins for a wide range of cobot brands including Universal Robots, OMRON TM, Hanwha, AUBO, Fanuc, and more. You can go from unboxing to putting your new gripper to use in just a few minutes.
