The Aspina ARH350A Gripping System is a modern, customizable 3-finger gripping system from Aspina. It has a large finger opening diameter despite its very compact size and can therefore grip small to large workpieces with ease. The Aspina gripper offers adjustable torque, speed and position control achieve to grip softer or more fragile workpieces without any deformation or damage.The fingers of the robot hand are all user-replaceable and it can handle payload weighing up to approx. 3 kg. The hollow shaft design can be used to easily install air tools, cameras, sensors and so on.

The Aspina gripper is perfectly suited for various applications such as handling small work pieces and picking foods, medical and cosmetics industries.

Strong gripping force and wide opening range

A gripping force of 50N allows for lifting weights up to 3kg. A wide opening diameter of 143mm enables handling of various workpieces.

Hollow channel structure

Tubes and cables can be passed through the hollow channel structure which makes it possible the use of additional equipment such as cameras, sensors and pneumatic tools.

Passive holding function

In case of a sudden electric power loss the gripper maintains ist position mechanically to ensure the workpiece remains securely grasped. The support of the mechanical holding function reduces the power consumption to a minimum.

Precise control

Torque, position and speed control are available. Position and speed adjustments can be made in increments of 0,1% and gripping force adjustments in increments of 0,5%. Additional functions include 2 stage operation and grip detection.

Easily exchange fingers

The Aspina system allows you to easily exchange and change fingers so that the same gripper can function for a wide variety of tasks. Maximum finger length is 100 mm.

Adapts to your needs

Power, speed, and position are all adjustable and can be easily set by the user. Likewise, the tool can function in both a two and three finger mode.
