The Spin Robotics SD120 offers a safe and efficient solution for the automation of screwdriving operations in assembly processes. Equipped with a blue protective shield that covers the screwdriving process, the system ensures a high level of safety. A spring slider on the back serves as an additional safety measure: when the slider is lifted, a sensor detects the movement and stops the robot.

The SD120 screwdriving system is characterised by its flexibility. Once a screwdriving process has been programmed, it is saved and can be used again at any time if required. With the option of storing up to 300 different screwdriving operations on the Spin Bridge, the system supports a wide range of screwdriving assembly requirements. The torque range is between 2 and 12 Nm and offers reliable and consistent screwdriving performance.

The version with V-version can also pick up screws by vacuum and can therefore also process non-magnetic screws.
