ViscoTec 2C mixing system preeflow® eco-DUOMIX450

The ViscoTec 2C mixing system preeflow® eco-DUOMIX450, as a 2C precision volume dispenser, enables the mixing and dispensing of the smallest quantities of two-component fluids and pastes via an active disposable mixer capsule. The dispenser is designed and tested for precise dispensing of low to high viscosity media with the highest repeatability.

Preeflow dispensers are rotary positive displacement pumps. The conveying elements consist of a rotating part, the rotor, and a stationary part, the stator. The rotor, which is a type of round thread, rotates in the stator, which has one more thread and twice the pitch length of the rotor. This leaves conveying spaces between the stator and the rotor, which rotates inside it and also moves radially, moving continuously forward. The flex shaft driving the rotor compensates for the eccentric movement of the rotor and is completely maintenance-free. The sealing action of the dispenser's conveying elements is completely maintenance-free. The sealing effect of the dispenser's conveying elements is viscosity and pressure dependent. Since the conveying direction is reversible, the medium can be retracted for a clean thread break.

The dispenser can be disassembled in a very short time. Together with the eco-CONTROL EC200 DUOMIX dosing control, the dispenser forms a dosing system that is usually mounted in a dosing station. The dosing control regulates the desired parameters (e.g. dosing quantity, dosing speed, etc.).
