The PRP-377 pneumatic rotary polishing tool from K-ROBOTICS with axial compensation is a sophisticated and efficient device designed specifically for automated polishing of workpiece surfaces.
It enables precise processing with a constant and adjustable contact pressure to finish workpieces to a high quality in a process-reliable and repeatable manner and to ensure a consistent surface finish.
Work steps such as sanding and polishing are still among the most labor-intensive areas within surface finishing, whether in the automotive, metal, plastics or woodworking industries. The automated polishing process helps to improve this situation.
The tool is compatible with robots from the renowned manufacturers Yaskawa, Fanuc, ABB, Kuka and Stäubli, which ensures seamless integration into existing automated processes.
