The Bota Systems Medusa FT sensor is an ultra low-noise force torque sensor and the smallest of its kind with integrated signal processing electronics. It finds its application when high sensitivity is key like for the assembly of electronic components, in rehabilitation and robotic assisted surgery, or for polishing and sanding in fine mechanics. The compact housing includes embedded electronics, a 6 DoF IMU, and temperature sensors. The Medusa sensor, like all Bota Systems sensors, comes with software integration for TwinCAT, ROS, LabVIEW, and MATLAB, making it highly compatible and easy to integrate.
