The M25A from Stereovis is a high-precision 3D camera designed for tasks such as robot position calibration, quality inspection and demanding AI applications. Equipped with a single high-resolution sensor and a compact housing, it is particularly suitable for industrial or collaborative applications.


The camera can either be connected to an external computer such as an industrial PC or workstation or integrated directly with the VC02 edge controller. This enables complete robot control and visual data processing without an additional PC system.


Thanks to its sub-millimetre-accurate measurement data, the M25A supports precise tasks such as robot docking and teach-in. The compact and lightweight design allows easy mounting on robot arms or workstations. The system can be quickly integrated into existing environments via the USB 3.0 interface. The robust housing with IP40 protection is suitable for industrial requirements, and the camera is also prepared for industrial communication via TCP/IP using the VC02 controller.


In addition, the M25A is supplied with developer SDKs for Python, C++ and C# and enables integration into ROS-based systems. This means it can be used flexibly in a wide range of automation and manufacturing applications, such as bin picking, 3D inspection or smart production.
