SICK PALLOC

The SICK PALLOC system is used for efficient and flexible depalletizing. With the 3D color camera and deep learning, PALLOC has no difficulty in locating cartons of different sizes and shapes. The 3D color camera delivers up to 30 full images per second, with a resolution in the sub-millimetre range. Thanks to the 3D and color images, the individual boxes and layers are detected and measured accurately and reproducibly. A pre-trained deep learning algorithm supported by a neural network is pre-installed in the camera. The camera uses this to recognize boxes in various variations. PALLOC reports the position coordinates of the cartons to the robot so that it can pick them up individually or several at a time in a configurable picking sequence.

The offer includes a kit consisting of the camera, a calibration plate, a robot mount, an Ethernet cable and a sensor cable.
