The Spin Robotics TT series offers a turnkey benchtop system for screwdriving operations that is suitable for both in-line and offline installations. The CE-marked system is ready for immediate use and offers a choice between the SD35 or SD70 screwdrivers, both of which are also available with a vacuum option for non-magnetic screws. You can also choose between the Universal Robots UR3e or UR5e robots.
The system is equipped with an automatic bit changer, an emergency stop switch and operating instructions in the required language. It also includes a risk assessment, a declaration of conformity and a basic training package. The system can be deployed in less than two hours and helps to reduce the risk of production errors by up to 60%.
