The DOBOT all-in-one welding solution is an integrated system for automated welding applications that combines robot technology, welding processes and software in a coordinated package. It is suitable for use in a variety of production environments.

The set includes a DOBOT CR10A cobot and a mobile welding platform as well as the Intelligent Welding Assistant. (Starter kit: additional accessories are available) Thanks to its compact design and flexible installation, it can also be used in confined spaces or at changing work locations. The robot's repeatability is ±0.03 mm, enabling reproducible welding movements. The welding solution is compatible with a wide range of common welding power sources and supports multiple communication interfaces such as DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus and analogue signals. Configuration is carried out step by step via a graphical user interface, in which the welding device, parameters and motion sequences can be selected and adjusted. Weld seams can be set up using defined points and simple geometric shapes.
