RNA simulation feeding system

The simulation of feeding technology from RNA enables precise and efficient planning and validation of conveyor systems before they are actually built. One example is the NanoST step feeder, for which it is easy to determine how many parts can be lifted onto the sorting line with the maximum stroke and what feed rate is achieved. This digital pre-testing reduces the risk of planning errors and eliminates the need for expensive reworking, as the selection of components and their interaction can be tested virtually in advance.

Customers who design their own sorting line can digitally validate it using DigitalFeeder and thus start development earlier and without real sample parts. In addition, the simulation of the conveyed material behavior enables a well-founded selection of the appropriate hopper that optimally meets the individual requirements.
