After our detailed initial consultation, we carry out the conformity assessment process for you step by step in accordance with the relevant directives, such as the Machinery Directive or the Low Voltage Directive, and highlight important safety requirements for your robot system as early as the concept and planning phase.

We work closely with you to develop the optimum safety solution for you that complies with the relevant standards; you receive the individual requirements for your application as well as possible safety concepts in checklist format. We comprehensively prepare the necessary documentation, from the risk assessment, proof of the reliability of the control technology and the preparation of the necessary measurement logs to the final acceptance before commissioning. We provide feedback on your independently written operating instructions, or optionally create the prescribed operating instructions for your individual robot system in accordance with the relevant standards.

On completion of the procedure, you can sign the EC/EU Declaration of Conformity supplied by us and your robot system may be placed on the market or put into operation in the European Economic Area.
