After our detailed initial discussion, we will carry out the conformity assessment process for you step by step in accordance with the relevant directives, such as the Machinery Directive or the Low Voltage Directive, and already point out important safety requirements for your robot system in the concept and planning phase.

In close cooperation with you, we jointly develop the optimum safety solution for you that complies with the standards; you receive the individual requirements for your application as well as possible safety concepts in checklist format. We comprehensively prepare the required documentation, from the risk assessment to the proof of the reliability of the control technology and the preparation of the required measurement protocols to the final acceptance before commissioning. We give you feedback on the operating instructions you have written yourself or, optionally, prepare the prescribed operating instructions for your individual robot system in accordance with the standards.
