The FR3-WMS from Fairino is a collaborative six-axis robot designed for flexible manufacturing and complex welding scenarios. With a payload of 3 kg, a reach of 622 mm and a repeatability of ±0.02 mm, it is designed for precise, reproducible welding movements. The sixth axis allows for ±360°, thereby providing access to the workpiece from all sides.
Weighing around 10.5 kg, the FR3-WMS can be carried by a single person and moved quickly. Typical applications include welding tasks on complex free-form surfaces and precision components, for example in vehicle manufacturing, metalworking and steel construction.
It can be programmed via an intuitive web interface without any programming knowledge, or via SDKs for Python, C#, C++ and ROS/ROS2. Common industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP and CC-Link are supported. The IP54 protection rating, with an optional IP65 rating, covers a range of production environments.
Scope of supply: cobot, control box, safety box and mains cable (AC). A teach pendant is available as an option. The welding torch, wire feeder and power source are not included in the scope of supply.
