The Schmalz PSSG-M bag gripper is a gripper for handling paper, fabric and plastic bags and is suitable for use on industrial robots and cobots. External vacuum generation enables reliable handling of bags made of different materials and with different geometries. The suction area is 290 x 215 mm. With a weight of 1.1 kg, the gripper is designed for loads of up to 15 kg. An innovative sealing element ensures a longer service life than conventional sponge rubber solutions, while the modular design supports low weight and easy maintenance of the sealing element. The integrated NFC interface also allows direct and easy access to device data via smartphone.
