The Schmalz Bin-Picker SBPG ready-to-connect vacuum gripper is ideal for picking from containers with a chaotic or pre-sorted packing pattern.
Thanks to the flexible suction pad, freely shaped parts can be handled. The optional integrated vacuum generation and the low weight of the gripper make it ideal for use in handling tasks with collaborative robots. The SBPG is also available with an articulated arm, which enables the box to be emptied in all corners. It is compact, efficient and easy to clean thanks to the integrated vacuum generation. The optional swivelling module ensures fast quality control of the workpiece. The gripper also has a low weight and dynamic geometry thanks to additive manufacturing. It is also MRK-compatible;
