Impaqt Robotics casemagiQ CM100

The Impaqt casemagiQ CM100 is a compact, universal case forming EOAT (end-of-arm tool) with an extendable arm designed for forming boxes of different sizes. The device has a 90° flap bend, which is ideal for folding flat cartons. Thanks to the IP54 protection class, the CM100 is suitable for use in demanding environments. With a load capacity of up to 3 kg, cartons of different thicknesses and sizes can be formed.

The CM100 is compatible with Universal Robots and is controlled via the integrated URCap, which enables simple plug-and-play integration. The CM100 also supports the Modbus RTU (RS-485) standard, making it compatible with a wide range of robots, cobots, gantries or customised machines. It is possible to use global standard converters from RS-485 to other protocols such as TCP/IP or IO-Link.

Weighing just 1350 g, the CM100 can process boxes measuring between 240 x 140 x 165 mm and 500 x 400 x 350 mm. Only a single compressed air connection is required for operation. The casemagiQ CM100 is specially designed for end-of-line automation applications in the FMCG industry and enables the efficient moulding of cartons in different sizes.
