The SMC RMHS3 gripper is a compact and ready-to-connect 3-finger gripper for use on collaborative robots. Operation is possible with just one air connection and one electrical connection, as the gripper already has an integrated valve, an exhaust throttle with silencer, a proximity switch and suitable connectors.
It is compatible with collaborative robot models from twelve manufacturers, including UNIVERSAL ROBOTS, OMRON/TECHMAN ROBOT, FANUC, YASKAWA Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, HAN'S ROBOT, KUKA, DOOSAN ROBOTICS, SIASUN, JAKA, AUBO and ABB.
A manual tool changer is integrated as standard, making it easy to change the gripping tool. The design with integrated guide and finger mechanism ensures stable and precise movement. In addition, the gripper is equipped with a precise linear guide. Air consumption is reduced by up to 80% compared to other solutions.
