The Tesollo DG-5F-M is an anthropomorphic five-fingered robotic hand designed for demanding gripping and manipulation tasks. With 20 degrees of freedom and individually driven joints, it enables complex, human-like movements and is suitable for applications where objects must not only be grasped, but also precisely positioned, moved or handled using tools. Various gripping modes are supported, such as pinch grip, power grip and precision grip.

The gripper is designed for research, industrial and service robotics applications. Typical areas of application include humanoid robotics, AI-assisted manipulation research, human-robot interaction, precision assembly, operating equipment, logistics handling, teleoperation, and tasks involving the use of tools or coordinated dual-arm manipulation. Depending on the gripping situation, the DG-5F-M achieves a maximum payload of 5 kg in pinch grip and 20 kg in enveloping grip.

Weighing 1,763 g, the DG-5F-M is the more powerful and robust variant of the DG-5F series. It is designed for high gripping force, versatile sensor integration and precise manipulation. Compared to the DG-5F-S, the M version offers a higher payload, more interface options and a more robust design for more demanding industrial and research-related applications. The S version, on the other hand, is more compact and lighter, and is better suited to humanoid platforms with limited installation space or weight constraints.

Control is via Modbus RTU/TCP and Ethernet TCP/IP. The DG-5F-M operates at a control frequency of 250 Hz and uses absolute encoders for position control. Various optional extensions are available, including suction-based fingertips, 6-axis force/torque sensors, 3-axis force sensors, tactile sensors, a shorter wrist version and a mounting stand.
