Automatically detects the stroke at programme start without initialisation. The maximum gripping stroke of the RG6 is 150 mm (adjustable).
The recording of "grip", "grip loss", "continuous grip" and "width measurement" is automatic, so that these functions do not have to be programmed manually.
The fingertips of the gripper can be easily adjusted to the product shape for stable gripping.
Thanks to the automatic calculation of the TCP, no complex programming is required and the provisioning time is reduced.
Automatic payload calculations simplify the programming of the RG6 gripper.
Automatic depth levelling ensures that the fingers of the gripper move parallel across the work surface.
The OnRobot RG6 comes with integrated software that is easy to install and programme, so that even employees without a technical background can set it up.
Both the RG2 gripper and the RG6 gripper are TÜV-certified.
